[1]The Claimant presented a claim in the Midlands (East) Region of the Employment Tribunal against the above respondent on 8 August 2023.[2]On 14 December 2023, Employment Judge M Butler sent a warning to the claimant that consideration was being given to striking out his claim on the ground that he had not complied with the tribunal’s orders dated 18 September 2023 and it appeared his claim was not being actively pursued.[3]No reply has been received to that warning objecting to that course or otherwise. Accordingly, the claim is struck out for the reasons stated.[4]The hearing listed for 26 January 2024 is cancelled.
