JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal claim and her complaint that her dismissal was an act of direct race discrimination are not struck out on the grounds that they have no reasonable prospect of success. However these claims have little reasonable prospect of success and a deposit order accompanies this judgment.[2]The complaints that the Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the Claimants wages in May and June 2016 will proceed to a hearing.[3]Case management orders accompany this judgment.
