JUDGMENT

The claimant’s claims are struck out.

REASONS

[1]The Claimant presented claims against the respondent on 13 September 2024 in the Midlands (East) Region.[2]A part Judgment was given in her favour following a hearing before EJ Ahmed on 1 May 2025. The remaining claim of maternity and pregnancy discrimination was subject to orders for her to provide further information. A further hearing was listed on 23 October 2025.[3]The claimant did not comply with orders of EJ Ahmed and did not respond to correspondence from the Tribunal concerning the hearing on 23 October 2025. That hearing weas cancelled and a strike out warning sent to the claimant on 23 October 2025.[4]The warning indicated that the Tribunal was considering striking out the claim on the ground that her remaining claim of maternity and pregnancy discrimination was not being actively pursued. It gave the claimant opportunity to object by 31 October 2025.[5]No reply was received to that warning objecting to that course or otherwise. Accordingly, the claim is struck out. Approved by:
