JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was a mobile worker to whom the Road Transport (Working Time) Regulations 2005 applied.[2]Pursuant to regulation 18(4) of the Working Time Regulations 1998, the right to daily rest under regulation 10 of the Working Time Regulations, the right to a weekly rest period under regulation 11 of the Working Time Regulations, and the right to rest breaks under regulation 12 of the Working Time Regulations did not apply to the Claimant.[3]The Tribunal therefore has no jurisdiction to hear the Claimant’s claims alleging breaches of regulations 10, 11, and 12 of the Working Time Regulations, and those claims are accordingly dismissed.
