JUDGMENT

FOLLOWING RECONSIDERATION The judgment dated 2 March 2023 and sent to the parties on 15 March 2023 is varied by consent as follows:-

[1]The existing paragraph 6 is deleted.

[2]A new paragraph 6 is inserted in the following terms: - The claim for unauthorised deduction from wages set out in the further particulars to claim 2601753/2020 is noted to have been withdrawn insofar as it relates to a claim of unpaid expenses but has not been dismissed. For the avoidance of doubt, the related claim of unauthorised deduction from wages in respect of pay is not withdrawn.
