JUDGMENT
The Employment Tribunal gives unanimous judgment as follows:-[1]The claim of breach of contract succeeds. We make no award of compensation as the claimant has suffered no financial loss.[2]The claim for automatic unfair dismissal under s.99 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 fails and is dismissed.[3]The claim for pregnancy related discrimination under s.18 of the Equality Act 2010 fails and is dismissed.[4]The claim of direct sex discrimination under s.13 Equality Act 2010 fails and is dismissed.[5]We decline to make any order for costs under rule 76(4) of schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.
