[1]By a letter dated 30 November 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because[1]He failed to comply with the order of the Tribunal to provide a schedule of loss by 21 September 2022.[2]Despite being reminded of this order by the respondent on 30 September 2022, he has still not complied, nor has he communicated with either the respondent or the Tribunal.[3]He failed to file an agenda as requested for the Case Management hearing scheduled for 18 November 2022.[4]Finally, he failed, without any reason to attend the Case Management hearing on 18 November 2022. 2. The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out. 3. The hearing listed to commence on 11 December 2023 will not take place.
