JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent agrees to pay to the Claimant the sum of £8,784.91 by BAC transfer to the Claimant’s representative by 3rd April 2018.[2]The Respondent undertakes to pay such amounts as required by Teachers’ Pensions (including any employee and employer contributions interest and penalties) so as to reinstate the Claimant into the Teachers’ Pension Scheme for the period up to 31st August 2016.[3]The claim will be dismissed on 13th June 2018, or earlier upon written confirmation to the Tribunal from the Claimant’s representative that the Respondent undertakings have been satisfied.[4]The Remedy Hearing will be reinstated if requested by the Claimant’s representative so long as such request is made before 13th June 2018. _____________________________ Employment Judge Blackwell Date: 26 March 2018
