[1]The claims are dismissed.[2]The hearings dated 23 January 2020 and 10,12 and 13 May 2020 are cancelled.REASONS
[1]By Deposit Orders dated 14/11/2019 the Tribunal ORDERED the Claimant to pay a deposit of £200 for each allegation of disability discrimination, ordinary unfair dismissal and unfair dismissal for whistle-blowing 28 days from the date those Orders were sent as a condition of being permitted to continue to advance each allegation.[2]No payment has been received from the Claimant.[3]The claims are all dismissed.[4]The telephone case management preliminary hearing on the 23 January 2020 and the final hearing on the 10th 12th and 13 February 2020 are cancelled.
