[1]By a letter dated 5th December 2018 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaint of Unfair dismissal, unpaid wages and holiday pay should not be struck out because:• The claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 31st October 2018.[2]The claimant has been given two opportunities to provide information in respect of the amount he is claiming and has failed to do so. He has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing.
