JUDGMENT
Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £1041.28.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £ (6 x £720) = £4320. The respondent is also in breach of contract with the Claimant having filed to pay expenses incurred. The respondent is also therefore ordered to pay damages in the sum claimed of £14,178.20.[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £4572.For the benefit of the Secretary of State s166 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 applies to this part of the award.[4]The hearing listed on 04/12/2019 is cancelled.
