The decision of the Employment Tribunal is as follows.[1]The respondent subjected the claimant to unlawful deductions from wages.[2]The respondent shall pay the claimant the net sum of £30.71 under section 24(1)(a) of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[3]The claimant suffered financial loss as result of the unlawful deductions. The respondent shall pay the claimant the further sum of £180 under section 24(2) of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[4]The respondent shall pay the claimant the sum of £250.80 in respect of accrued but untaken annual leave outstanding at the date of termination. …………………………………
