JUDGMENT
The Employment Tribunal Judge gave judgment as follows: -[1]The claim of unlawful deduction from wages in respect of Leedale Ltd succeeds and the First Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the gross some of £412.50.[2]The claim for unlawful deduction from wages in respect of operating a tipper also succeeds but against National CSS Ltd of the same registered address as Leedale Ltd in the gross sum of £190. Therefore, the Second Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £190.
