JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed following its withdrawal by the Claimant.

[2]The Claimant’s claim that the Respondent failed to inform and consult as required by Regulation 13 of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 is not struck out as having no reasonable prospect of success and no deposit order is made in respect of that claim on the basis that it has little reasonable prospect of success.
