JUDGMENT
[1]The claim based upon disability discrimination is dismissed in its entirety following its withdrawal by the Claimant.[2]The claim based upon whistleblowing is similarly dismissed in its entirety following its withdrawal by the Claimant.[3]The claims going forward are: 3.1. Direct discrimination pursuant to section 13 of the Equality Act 2013 based upon religion or some other philosophical belief. CASE NO: 2601576/2021 2 3.2 Harassment pursuant to section 27 of the Equality Act 2010 based again, upon harassment because of the protected characteristic of religion or philosophical belief.[4]Finally, the application to amend the current claim is granted.[5]Orders are provided within the record of this Case Management Hearing also published today.
