Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1032.21.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1200.[3]The respondent having failed to provide the claimant at any time with written particulars of his employment and having provided no explanation as to why, pursuant to s38(3) of the Employment Act 2002 the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant 4 weeks pay it being just and equitable to so award. The sum payable is ( 4 x £200) = £800.[4]The hearing listed on 25/10/2019 is cancelled.
