Miss H Purnell v Vintage Social Care: 2601574/2023
JUDGMENT
The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 27th February 2024 the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because it has not been actively pursued. That is because the Claimant has failed to reply to provide the information required the Tribunal’s letters of 12th December 2023,11th January 2024, 13th February 2024 and 27th February 2024 and without that information the Tribunal is unable to advance the claim further.[2]The Claimant has failed to make any why the claim should not be struck out or to request a hearing where they could be made. The claim is therefore struck out. _____________________________ Employment Judge Heap 12th March 2024 Case Number: 2601574/2023 EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS Claimant: Miss H Purnell Respondent: Vintage Social Care Limited[1]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and must pay the claimant £1,420.00 gross.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and must pay the claimant £702.00.[3]The respondent must pay the claimant £2,122.00 in total.
