The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 25 November 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because• the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 27 October 2021• it has not been actively pursued.[2]On 2 September 2021 Employment Judge Ahmed ordered the claimant to supply further information. The claimant was sent the ET3, notice of preliminary hearing and notice of claim on 27 October 2021 and reminded of the need to comply with Employment Judge Ahmed’s order by 9 November 2021.[3]The claimant wrote to the Tribunal on 6 December 2021 to request a copy of the ET1 and ET3 be emailed to him. It is not clear why he does not have them.[4]The claimant did not set out any reason why his claim should not be struck out.[5]The claimant still has not complied with Employment Judge Ahmed’s order.[6]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why his claim should not be struck out for the above reasons.[7]The claim is therefore struck out.[8]All future hearings are cancelled.
