JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant is awarded £7,447.51 by way of compensation for her unfair dismissal by the Second Respondent.[2]The First Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £1,228 by way of appropriate compensation for breach of regulation 13 of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006, the Second Respondent being jointly and severally liable with the First Respondent in respect of that compensation under regulation 15(9) of the Regulations.[3]The First Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £600 in respect of the fees incurred by the Claimant in bringing her complaints before the Tribunal.[4]The Second Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £600 in respect of the fees incurred by the Claimant in bringing her complaints before the Tribunal.
