JUDGMENT

[1]The claim was issued in the Midlands East Tribunals on 7 July 2022. The respondent has failed to attend today’s final hearing and given no prior explanation to the Tribunal for non-attendance. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and must pay the claimant the sum of £626.90[4]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent must pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1791.16[5]The respondent must pay the claimant arrears of pay in the sum of £447.79.[6]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s pension contribution for one week and must pay the claimant the sum of £18.20.[7]The respondent must pay to the claimant the sum of £895.58, the equivalent of 2 weeks’ pay pursuant to s.38 of the Employment Act 2002 for failure to given the claimant a statement of employment particulars.
