The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £150.00 following a preliminary hearing held on 19 January 2017. The Order was sent to the claimant on 15/02/2017 and the deposit was to be paid by 15/03/2017. The claimant has failed to pay this deposit in time and has produced no good reason why an extension of time should be given. The complaint of Unfair Dismissal is therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.
