JUDGMENT
[1]The name of the second respondent is amended to Secretary of State for Business and Trade.[2]The claimant’s claim for a statutory redundancy payment against the first respondent succeeds. The claimant had continuous employment from 2 February 2015 to 14 November 2023. At the effective date of termination of employment, he was 53 years old and earned £380.00 gross per week. The first respondent shall pay the claimant 7 weeks’ gross pay x 1.5 = £3,990.00.[3]The claimant’s claims for unauthorised deduction of wages, holiday pay and breach of contract (notice pay) were not presented within the statutory time limits and are dismissed.
