Pursuant to s166 of the Employment rights Act 1996 and thus in terms of payment by the Secretary of State from the Insolvency Fund the calculation is as follows: dob = 19/07/1970; EDT= 27/05/18. Completed years of service = 8. Weekly gross wage = £538.38 but statutory cap applies at £508. Thus entitlement as per the ready reckoner is £5588.[2]The hearing listed on 01/03/2019 is cancelled.
