JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint that the respondent failed to comply with the requirements of section 188 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 is well-founded.[2]The Employment Judge makes a protective award in respect of all employees of the first respondent named on the attached schedule who were employed at its premises at Stephenson Industrial Estate Telford Way Coalville LE67 3HP who were dismissed as redundant on or after 26 April 2021 and ordered the respondent to pay those employees remuneration for a protective period of 90 days beginning on 26 April 2021.
