JUDGMENT
[1]The name of the respondent is amended to Mrs Shellina Bhanji t/a Cafe2u.[2]The respondent has made an unlawful deduction of £12.33 from the claimant’s wages. The respondent is ordered to pay the sum of £12.33 to the claimant.[3]The claim for unlawful deduction from wages in respect of salary from 14 May 2018 to the date of termination of the claimant’s employment fails and is dismissed.[4]The claimant was constructively unfairly dismissed by the respondent.[5]The respondent is ordered to pay the following sums to the claimant:-a. An unfair dismissal basic award of £422.82; andb. An unfair dismissal compensatory award of £1,427.52 (comprising 8 weeks’ lost earnings totaling £1,127.52 plus £300 for loss of statutory rights).
