Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 Rule 21 Upon the Respondent by its Response of 16 November 2017 confirming that it does not intend to contest these proceedings:- The tribunal declares that the complaint that the Respondent failed to comply with a requirement of section 188 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 is well founded and makes a protective award in respect of the Claimants who were dismissed on or after 27 June 2017 as redundant and orders the Respondent to pay them remuneration for the protected period of 90 days beginning on or after 27 June 2017 The hearing on 15 March 2018 has been cancelled.
