Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorized deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £599.33[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of gross sum of £668.89[3]The application for compensation or damages for stress is refused as the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to make an award for such sums in a claim of this type.[4]The Claimant may make an application for a preparation time order provided she does so within 21 days of the date of this judgment setting out the amount claimed and how it is calculated.
