JUDGMENT
The Employment Judge gave judgment as follows: BY CONSENT,[1]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant, without admission of liability, the sum of £800 in full and final settlement of all claims arising out of the Claimant’s employment and termination thereof by 2 April 2018.[2]The Claimant withdraws all his claims before the employment tribunal and they are dismissed.[3]The Claimant agrees to remove his objection in relation to the DSO1 on 2 April 2018.[4]The Claimant will also withdraw his complaint to the police on 2 April 2018.
