JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant's complaint that there was an unauthorised deduction from his wages is well founded. The respondent has made unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £836.00.[2]The respondent has also made an unauthorised deduction of wages by failing to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £232.10.[3]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract in respect of his outstanding expenses is also well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £54.04[4]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with a written particulars of employment and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of two weeks' pay amounting to £476.96
