After hearing the evidence and submissions of the parties, the Tribunal orders that:[1]The claimant’s claim that the respondent constructively unfairly dismissed her fails and is therefore dismissed;[2]The claimant’s claim that the respondent constructively wrongfully dismissed her fails and is therefore dismissed;[3]The claimant’s claim that the respondent failed to provide itemised pay statements to her is dismissed;[4]The claimant’s claim that the respondent has failed to pay her outstanding commission fails and is dismissed;[5]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant her holiday pay. The respondent must therefore pay to the claimant the gross sum of £100.97.
