Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £513.36[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £333.60.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £398.74.[4]The respondent has refused to permit the claimant to exercise her right to daily rest under regulation 10(1) of the Working Time Regulations 1998 and is ordered to pay the claimant compensation assessed in the sum of £333.60[5]At the date the claim was presented, the respondent was in breach of its obligation to provide the claimant with a written statement of main terms of employment and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1566.[6]The hearing listed on 16 September 2020 is cancelled.
