[1]By an Order of the Tribunal sent to the parties on 05 October 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because• the claimant had made no appearance at the telephone case management hearing on 30 September 2022 and had failed to explain why he did not attend and has not complied with case management orders.[2]The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 25-27 September will not take place.
