Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claim was issued in the Midlands East Employment Tribunals on 14 June 2023. The respondents failed to present a valid response on time. Employment Judge Clark refused the application to extend time for the presentation of a response on behalf of all three respondents on 26 October 2023.[2]The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[3]The respondents have failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and must pay the claimant the sum of £1075.92.[4]The hearing listed on 3 November 2023 is cancelled.
