JUDGMENT

[1]The claim of disability discrimination pursuant to the provisions of the Equality Act 2010 is dismissed upon withdrawal.

[2]The claim of unfair dismissal pursuant to the provisions of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is dismissal upon withdrawal.

[3]That means that the only claims left relate to breach of contract and non-payment of wages.

[4]Accordingly, the current listing of this matter, which is for 3 days before a full tribunal commencing 27 August 2019 at Nottingham, is changed to being only a one day hearing using 27 August 2019 at Nottingham and before a Judge sitting alone.
