JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s employment did not transfer to the 2nd Respondent. The claims against the 2nd Respondent fail and are dismissed.[2]The claim for a protective award fails and is dismissed.[3]The Claimant was dismissed by the 1st Respondent by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £5,341.96.[4]The Claimant was dismissed by the 1st Respondent in breach of contract in respect of notice and the 1st Respondent is ordered to pay compensation to the Claimant in the sum of £2,528.68.[5]The 1st Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the Claimant a sum of £493.10.[6]The claims of unfair dismissal and unlawful deduction of wages are withdrawn and dismissed.[7]The total compensation payable by the 1st Respondent to the Claimant is £8,363.74.
