JUDGMENT
The claim of unauthorised deductions from wages contrary to Section 13 Employment Rights Act 1996 is well founded and succeeds and the Respondent is Ordered to pay to the Claimant the following sums: i. £1,774.20 less any appropriate sum in respect of payment of tax and national insurance in respect of unauthorised deductions made from wages; and ii. The sum of £443.55 without deductions as an adjustment to the award made under Section 207A Trade Union & Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992.
