JUDGMENT

The declaration and decision of the Employment Tribunal is that: The Respondent made an unlawful deduction from the Claimant’s wages pursuant to section 13 Employment Rights Act 1996. By consent, the judgment of the Tribunal is that in respect of his successful complaints of an unauthorised deduction from his wages (for the period 9 to 16 March 2023) and unpaid holiday pay outstanding on the termination of his employment, the Claimant is entitled to an agreed sum of £1,000 gross, which sum the Respondent by consent is ordered to pay. The Claimant’s claim for unpaid notice pay is dismissed on withdrawal.
