[1]The Claimant has applied for Reconsideration of the decision to dismiss his complaint of indirect disability discrimination on withdrawal.[2]The Respondent agrees that that complaint was not withdrawn by the Claimant.[3]It therefore follows that the Judgment dismissing that part of the claim is revoked.
