After hearing from the claimant and the respondent, and considering the evidence, and after the claimant withdrew some his claims (as identified in the order below) IT IS DECLARED THAT that the claimant was not disabled at the times material to this claim AND IT ORDERED THAT[1]The following of the claimant’s claims are dismissed because the claimant has withdrawn them: 1.1. Breach of contract, 1.2. Victimisation, 1.3. Unauthorised deduction from wages.[2]The following further claims are dismissed: 2.1. Direct discrimination because of disability; 2.2. Indirect discrimination because of disability; 2.3. Failure to make reasonable adjustments; 2.4. Discrimination arising from a disability; 2.5.
