JUDGMENT
[1]The first claimant’s claims of breach of contract (notice pay) and accrued but untaken annual leave are struck out for want of jurisdiction. The claims were presented out of time and the claimant has not shown it was not reasonably practicable to present them within time. The respondent shall pay the first claimant the sum of £2,079 (6 x 1.5 x £231).[3]The second claimant’s claim for a statutory redundancy payment succeeds. The respondent shall pay the second claimant the sum of £2,448 (3 x 1.5 x £544).
