[1]The following proceedings are dismissed following a withdrawal of the claim by the claimant:a. Wrongful dismissal;b. Victimisation;c. All claims against the Third Respondent.[2]The Third Respondent is removed as a party from these proceedings.[3]The claims of breach of contract, unauthorised deduction from wages and holiday pay have more than little reasonable prospects; no strike out order or deposit order is made.[4]The claims of race discrimination have little reasonable prospect of success; a separate deposit order has been prepared.
