JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint that the first Respondent failed to comply with the requirements of section 188 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 is well founded.[2]The Employment Judge makes a protective award in respect of all the Claimants who were employed at its premises at 15 Derby Road, Hilton, Derbyshire DE65 5FP. They were all dismissed as redundant on or after 27 February 2023.[3]The Employment Judge Orders the first Respondent to pay to those Claimants remuneration for a protective period of 90 days beginning on 27 February 2023.
