[1]The First Respondent, Gas Container Services Limited (in administration) failed to comply with the requirements of section 188-190 of the Trade Union & Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992. The claim for a protective award therefore succeeds.[2]The First Respondent, Gas Container Services Limited Limited (in administration) is ordered to pay remuneration (i.e. a protective award) to all of the Claimants listed above for a protected period of 90 days beginning on 9 April 2021 being the date on which the first of the dismissals to which the complaint relates took effect. The First Respondent is ordered to pay to Mr Conrad Jago £727.19 net in respect of 13 days unpaid holiday pay.[5]Mr Murdoch is also owed a balance of holiday pay.
