[1]The claim of unlawful deduction in respect of bonus payment fails and is dismissed.[2]The claim of unlawful deduction from wages in respect of sick pay fails and is dismissed.[3]The claim of unlawful deduction from wages in respect of holiday pay is upheld and by consent the Respondent is to pay to the Claimant the sum of £1196.20.[4]The claim in respect of a failure to pay full notice pay succeeds in part in the sum of £1289.23.[5]In total therefore the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £2485.43.
