JUDGMENT

The claimants’ claims are struck out.

REASONS

[1]At a preliminary hearing on 2 October 2019, and afterwards in writing, I [Employment Judge Camp] warned the claimants that I was proposing to strike out their claims because, for reasons given at the time, they appeared to have no reasonable prospects of success.[2]I gave the claimants until 31 October 2019 to raise any objections to the proposal to strike out and, if they wanted to do so, to ask for a hearing to discuss the proposal and their objections further.[3]Since the preliminary hearing, none of the claimants has contacted the Tribunal, to raise any objections, to ask for a hearing, or otherwise. My views as to the claims’ prospects of success have not changed. I know of no good reason why, given that the claims have no prospects of success, they should not be struck out. In my discretion, I therefore strike them out, pursuant to rule 37 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure.
