Therefore, the claimant is entitled to a judgment in default on their claims. After considering the Tribunal file and the documents supplied by the claimant, the Tribunal’s judgment is as follows:[1]The claim for unpaid wages is dismissed. The claimant has not provided a figure that she claims or any details of how she calculates the figures. The Tribunal cannot make an award based on speculation.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement. The respondent must pay to the claimant the gross sum of £911.24.[3]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice. The respondent must pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £381.48.[4]All future hearings are cancelled.
