JUDGMENT
The Tribunal declares that the Respondent has failed to comply with the requirements of section 188 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 and makes a protective award that the Respondent shall pay remuneration to all employees who are claimants in these proceedings or whose names are included on the schedule attached to this judgment or who were employed at the Respondent’s premises at Merrylees Industrial Estate, Leeside, Desford, Leicester, LE9 9FS (save for those who were engaged a Director of the Respondent at any other location) for a period of 90 days beginning on 19 May 2017.
