REASONS

By a case management order dated 17 October 2017 sent out to the parties on 04 November 2017, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the claim should not be struck out because she had not provided a satisfactory explanation as to why she had not taken part in the telephone preliminary hearing on 12 October 2017. The claimant has not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 17 October 2017 and sent out to the parties on 04 November 2017 The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out. The hearing fixed for 16th , 17th & 18th July 2018 will not take place
