JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s claims were submitted out of time.

[2]It was reasonably practicable for the claim for breach of s.80G, Employment Rights Act 1996, to have been brought in time, therefore the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear it and it is dismissed.

[3]It is not just and equitable to extend time for the claims for harassment related to disability and associative discrimination brought under the Equality Act 2010, and those claims are also dismissed.
