[1]By a letter dated 29 September 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaint of maternity and pregnancy discrimination under section 18 Equality Act 2010 should not be struck out because :• it has no reasonable prospect of success, the claimant being male.[2]The claimant has failed to make sufficient representations, why this should not be struck out. The complaint of maternity and pregnancy discrimination is therefore struck out.[3]The claimant’s remaining claims remains listed for hearing on 13 December 2022.
